Burlingame, CA — March 9, 2006 - Government computing just got smaller. Tangent, a leading provider of technology solutions for government, today announced a powerful all-in-one LCD PC designed to give government workers a space-saving solution only 3.5 inches thick and weighing only 21 pounds.
The VITA 7500S integrates a 17-inch LCD touch screen display into a slim, attractive, all-in-one chassis that fits ergonomically into any office or field environment.
VITA has numerous wall-mount options, including a vertical lift mount. VITA can also be used on computer carts to meet the most demanding mobile needs.

VITA saves on power consumption. It consumes 150W versus the typical 450-500W for PC -CRT combos. Data entry can be by stylus or optional touch screen display. The display has a tilt range from -5 degrees to +25 degrees for viewing comfort and ergonomic flexibility.

VITA is powered by Microsoft Windows XP Pro and comes standard with an Intel Pentium 4 processor, integrated graphics, slim DVD/CD-RW, 6-in-1 media reader, built-in speakers, 512K of DDR SDRAM (expandable to 2GB), 120 GB ATA hard drive, and 10/100 Ethernet. Available options include touch screen, WIFI 802.11b/g and TV-tuner.
