| Tangent Unveils Ergonomic All-in-One Flat Panel LCD PC

Tangent, Inc., today announced the Tangent Pendant LCDPC-7500, an ergonomic, feature-rich all-in-one LCD PC that integrates the computer and the flat panel 17-inch LCD monitor into a slim, attractive aluminum chassis that ensures a heat-free environment.
The new Tangent system, which is easily upgradeable and can be serviced easily in the field, features a clean design that completely eliminates desktop clutter wherever it’s used. Suggested retail is $1,295.

The Tangent Pendant LCDPC-7500 combines a computer powered by Intel® Pentium® 4 3.0GHz processor, 17" SXGA LCD TV, DVD/CDRW player, 7-in-1 Multi Flash card reader and integrated stereo speakers. With 512K of DDR SDRAM (expandable to 2GB), 120 GB SATA hard drive, an optional TV tuner, and a wireless keyboard and mouse, the feature-rich Pendant LCDPC-7500 is a sleek-looking powerhouse. Microsoft Windows XP Professional comes standard with all systems.
The screen has a tilt range from -5 degrees to +25 degrees to provide viewing comfort and ergonomic flexibility.
The system is expandable and accommodates next generation peripherals with two PCI 32-bit slots; two SATA/150 ports, one parallel ATA/100 port; and seven USB 2.0 port (four onboard and three on the chassis). Onboard peripherals include Gbit 10/100/1000 Ethernet, 7.1channel integrated audio, and stereo speakers on the chassis.
Tangent backs the system with a one-year parts & labor warranty and one-year on-site service. The Pendant LCDPC-7500 is available direct from Burlingame, CA-based Tangent.
